BIG SUR..........................18 miles
Flying Pig.........................18 miles
Deadwood........................16 miles
Spring Half Marathon.........10 miles

Route and start times
Start for those running 18 – meet Jeri at 4:05 for a 4:15 start for 6 miles - meet back at CW for a 5:40 start for those running 12 miles or less (5:30 bathrooms open)

Start for those running 12 miles or less - meet at 5:30 for a 5:40am start

Those wanting 8 can return to Phelps after Welbourne
Those wanting 10 can do the short golf course

OR Terry will be doing a pace run – 9 minute miles for 10 miles and no dawdling at water stops!
If you would like to join him, Rachel and Linda – they will start running at 4:30 from Cady Way. Meet them with your fast shoes on at 4:20am.

Safety and Courtesy - RUN FACING TRAFFIC and get out of the way of oncoming traffic! RUN SINGLE FILE or get on the sidewalks when cars approach.
