Pace Group OYO Run January 15

Hi Gang,

Congratulations to our Disney gang...hopefully, I won't miss anyone:

GOOFY: Jeri (her 6th!), Ruthie (her inaugural), and Tony 'the man child' (his 1st w/ a PR in the full!)

Marathon: Sally (scorched the course for a trip to Boston in 2012!), Adriana and CeCe (solid runs by these two as they continue to run a marathon a month!), Jeremy (smoothed a PR!) and part-time group member Whitney Fee (great race for her 1st marathon!). Great runs by everyone! If I missed anyone, please blame Terry...

By now you've seen the pics, Dana represented the group at the Ragnar Relay (Miami to Key West)...besides the "the 3rd leg being the hardest", she said it was a great experience to run the 7 mile bridge under severe sleep deprivation!

Well, we made it..! Another fantastic session has been completed. We've established new friendships while solidifying many others... For many reasons, this group clicks. The drive to improve our performance is well balanced with supporting each other and actually enjoying one another's company at 4:00 & 5:00 in the morning! The monthly outings for happy hour beverages aren't too shabby either! We hope to see you next session or in the summer/fall.

The session is officially over, but taking a "rest" is faux pas for many us, and because "Grasshopper" needs a run, here's this week's Game Plan:
