Winter/Spring Session of MarathonFest
Welcome to any new members! And of course those joining us again.
Our pace group
We run 10 and 1's on our long runs (run 10 minutes and walk 1)
Our half marathon goal is 1:50 to 2 hrs
Our full marathon goal is from 4 to 4hrs and 15 min

Start time 5:30am (arrive 5:15)
Route:
10 mile loop with add-on as needed

If you have signed up for the new session you will be receiving 2 emails from me stating the same information.
Weekday workouts started this week. We encourage you to attend these regularly if at all possible. If you are not able don’t forget to run during the week!
If you have a targeted race – please email the race, date and if you are running the ½ or full or if a shorter race – that distance.
