Pace Group Run Saturday March 24

One more time…. when crossing Lakemont and any other intersection, do not take on the cars or buses! We need to stop and wait for the light if a car is in sight. Safety for everyone first!

BIG SUR........................10 miles

Flying Pig.......................10 miles

Deadwood.......................10 miles

SPRING HALF..................6 miles

Note: no water at Welbourne or on the golf course loop due to the 10k

Route for running 16 plus a 10k to boot = 22 miles

START at BRANDYWINES (be careful where you park – the 10k starts at7:30)

Meet at 4:20am for a 4:25 start

Brandywines – Phelps – Chestnut – Cady Way 6miles

Meet at 5:20am for a 5:30ish start for 10 miles (we will leave when our early birds arrive)
START at CADY WAY

Pines loop 3 miles

Cady Way – Windsong - Phelps 5 miles

Phelps to Cady Way or if you started early Phelps to Brandywines 2 miles

If interested - Hung and I will be running in Clermont (not the usual route) for a 10 mile hilly hard packed clay run. We will be meeting at McDonalds (2640 E Highway 50, Clermont 34711) at 6:30am and drive to Bradshaw Rd to start. If you plan on joining us please let one of us know. You will need to bring your own water/Gatorade!

OIA – Thursday, April 12th – if you would like to run and need a team please let me know and I’ll give you my team name and password (it’s my school but everyone is welcome)

Left Behind/Left Over half marathon

· Saturday, April 14th

· 5am start

· The course will be the Cady Way 3.1 mile loop through Winter Park Pines and the 10 mile Glenridge Loop running to Glenridge FIRST.

· Asking for a $10 donation, ALL proceeds will go to the medical fund set up for Stephen Gidus. Stephen is a long time MarathonFester that is battling very advanced stage cancer. His wife Tara, is a Dietician and also a MarathonFester.

· The race will be followed by a POTLUCK breakfast at Cady Way.
